The question may arise, why do spiritual practice? Why meditate? What is meditation, anyway?
Practice can calm and quiet us, so that natural resting-in-what-is and the curiosity that is native to awareness have the space to be noticed. They are always present, but generally overlayed by thought.
Meditation becomes all of life–when resting-in-what-is.
