Everything is included–nothing is separate. That means that each feeling that arises in us has been influenced and touched by–well, everything.

Scientists have documented that when something occurs in one atom, it is registered in every atom–and not just on earth. Across the vast, untracked universe.

I find this mindblowing at the level of thought, but so obvious when listening from direct experience, without the mind’s overlay. How could it be otherwise? Lean into that.
