Because of the ability of the medical world to diagnose in a multitude of ways, a minor negative symptom–some need to be checked out because they could be a sign of nastier kinds of illness–throws one into the medical maelstrom. I have mixed feelings about this, but feelings are neither truthful nor particularly important.They are just feelings, which come and go.
The simplest, freshest approach is to ride the wave, which requires consistent noticing in the present moment.
