The most important fact to notice is that moods come and go–hence they have little importance in the larger scheme.
They are made of thoughts and feelings that are stuck together, and are generally triggered by who knows what.
Conditioning? The weather?
Flick them off your shoulder like a speck of dust. Rest in what is always here–it is so very obvious, so present, it is overlooked.
