Sitting in the sweet morning sunshine in the small library at Santa Sabina Retreat Center–grateful and at peace. There are rustling kitchen sounds in the background, murmurs of people sharing in the courtyard. Shadows of the window frames make patterns on the upholstered chairs–all of it announcing the light of awareness.
