How I want to hold this embodied experience: light as the leaf that just floated down from the little oak outside our home-office window. To take life seriously, but not as weighty. Serious is not the opposite of light–heavy is! I know heavy, oh yes, far too well.
I want to remain resting in the source from which this body-mind arises, moment by eternal moment–clear, pristine consciousness. I will forget, of course, and get enmeshed and embroiled in what life reflects for me. But a moment will come when I notice, and am able to rest once again in what only, ever is.
